Trade Account Terms & Conditions
1. All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
2. Quotations are valid for 30 days.
3. 50% deposit payment is required prior to manufacture.
4. For bespoke items, deposit payments are non-refundable.
5. Lead time for manufacture is 6-8 weeks from receipt of payment.
6. The prices quoted exclude delivery & fitting, prices available upon request.
7. Lamp sizes do include the shade.
8. The Tiffany tiles that we use have a standard dimension of 15cm x 7.5cm. The overall sizes are approximate as we need to also include a small allowance for the outer edge – a matter of a centimeter or two.
9. The TV Mirror product is not recommended for rooms where there is an excessive amount of natural light, or for rooms where spotlights could interfere with the two-way glass. If in doubt, please contact us for further guidance.
10. The TV Mirror hanging charge excludes connection to client’s wiring.
11. The TV Mirror prices exclude the installation of sensors or other specialist AV equipment. Installation of such equipment MUST be communicated to Simpsons at the point of quotation to ensure the correct price is quoted and to avoid delays in production. Simpsons cannot accept liability for additional charges and or delays caused by inadequate details provided our clients. Please note you will be subject to an additional charge if such details are not provided prior to the order being confirmed.

14. Mirrors and furniture are hand-made in England.
15. Dimensions are nominal and external.
